The Records Office is responsible of regulating and controlling the process that shows the student’s academic career. It is also responsible to ensure compliance of the current academic regulation. The Register is the notorious and legal custodian of the students’ academic documentation. Also certifies related documentation of student’s documentation with active university history students and graduates.

Functions of the Records Office:

  • Ensure accurate record of students academic information and keep custody of the supporting documents.
  • Attention to students in the process of registering their academic record maintaining a good service and having control over the proper application of policies of the institution
  • Receipt, review and capture of grading system.
  • Follow up to teachers that are missing grades.
  • Grades claim attention.
  • Records review for enrollment.
  • Review new entry files and  request pending admission documents.
  • Processing request reports, such as: Report card, Grade certification, Course lists, etc.
  • Graduate process coordination.
  • Make digital and printed filing of official documents such as  Report cards, transcripts, among other official documents of the Registration Office stored in a controlled access vault.
  • Guard the vault where the printed student files registries are stored.
