The application must be sent to the Registry Office, along with a receipt of Finance Office, in the amount of USD $250.00.
To qualify for a graduating candidate, diploma or certificate, the student must meet the following requirements:
- Complete each of the credits based on the Academic Program.
- Have an overall average of not less than 3.00 and a grade not less than B- in each course.
- Conduct a comprehensive test as a final requirement to obtain the degree.
The minimum grade to pass the comprehensive test is 80 percent.
The student has a maximum of three opportunities to pass the final requirements for obtaining the degree.
If you fail in one area, it can be repeated in the date specifies in the Schedule of activities for replacements. In case of failure in two areas you have to take the full test the next year. The comprehensive test should not be taken more than two times. In case the student fails the comprehensive test two times, it must take some courses (6 credits) in the deficiency area before getting the test for third time.
It includes the following areas:- Fundaments (General)
- Concentration
- Investigation
It is the student’s responsibility to get prepared and oriented according to the material received or syllabus of the courses.
- Complete the graduation application and pay for it with six months of anticipation and send them to the Registry Office.
- Commit, when you apply to graduation to complete all the requirements specified in the catalog. The payment of any graduation fee and the application of the student as candidate of graduation in any document, it’s not going to be seeing as a graduation offer nor a commitment. Make the necessary arrangements with the Finance Office of HFU before graduating.
